Perused the letter dated 21st February, 2018, addressed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Bombay. The learned Judge has sought extension of time of six months to decide POCSO SPL Case No.148 of 2014.

For the reasons set out in the said letter dated 21st February, 2018, time is extended by a period of six months for deciding POCSO SPL Case No.148 of 2014. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial, within the aforesaid period.
