Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents have been served. Statement is accepted. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks to bring the legal heirs of the respondent no.12 on record. The respondent no.12 had expired on 29th March 2014. It is the case of the applicant that the applicant came to know about the demise of the respondent no.12 from common acquaintances and this civil application was filed on 29th April 2014.

None appears for the legal heirs of the respondent no.12 though served. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to

ppn 2 3.caw-1370.18.doc be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon all the respondents including the newly added parties within one week from the date of carrying out an amendment.
