The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal was submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in June 2013. Thereafter, a reminder was given on 2nd February 2016. However, as yet, the proposal for approval is not decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.4 to 6. In case the proposal (page No.55 of the Writ Petition) seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is filed with Respondent No.4 and the same is pending, then Respondent No.4 Basavraj 1/2
