Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant has preferred this application seeking the permission to travel to Dubai for the period 29th April, 2022 to 6th May, 2022.

The applicant is arraigned in CR No.111 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code") 4.

The learned Magistrate by order dated 3rd March, 2021, released the applicant on interim bail. One of the conditions imposed by the learned Magistrate is not to leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission of the Court. 1/2

The applicant preferred an application on 13th April, 2022 seeking permission to travel abroad. The grievance of the applicant is that the application has not been decided and the applicant has to travel from 29th April, 2022. 6.

Since the application is pending before the learned Magistrate and the learned Prosecutor has already filed his reply, it would be appropriate to request the learned Magistrate to decide the application.

Mr. Ponda, the learned Senior Counsel, submits that the applicant would appear before the learned Magistrate on 29th April, 2022.

The learned Magistrate is requested to decide the application preferred by the applicant by 30th April, 2022. 9.

Application disposed.
