Learned counsel for the applicant has tendered an affidavit dated 20/06/2022, indicating the compliance of the order dated 28/04/2022. The said affidavit is taken on record. It is clear that the applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.5 lakhs and he has also refunded a sum of Rs.50,000/-.

Since this court has already recorded that the applicant AJN

2/2 18 ABA-1175.22.odt himself was a victim and he has filed an application under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. against the business entity SBTA Company, the order dated 28/04/2022 deserves to be confirmed. 3.

The protection in favour of the applicant is made absolute, but he shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer.
