Paragraph 6 of the order dated 9th April, 2019 in the Petition (disposed of) reads thus:- "6. We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank that the 25% of the bid amount which has been paid by the Review Petitioner shall be refunded within 10 days from today."

We direct that alongwith the refund of the 25% bid amount, the Review Petitioner shall also be paid interest @ 5 p.a. on the said amount until payment by the Respondent Bank. 1/2

We record the statement of the learned Counsel that the Review Petitioner does not propose to challenge the order dated 9th April, 2019.
