Both the applicants were arrested on 9th March, 2021. There is a counter F.I.R. filed at the behest of the applicants being Crime No. 98 of 2021.

There is unexplained delay in lodging the F.I.R. The custodial interrogation is already over.

In that view of the matter the following order is passed:

O R D E R

(i) The applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 109 of 2021 punishable under Sections 143, 147,

2/3 148, 149, 307, 326, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, registered with Baramati Taluka Police Station upon furnishing P.R. bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount, to be furnished within eight weeks from today. Till then the applicants be released on cash sureties of Rs.25,000/- each.

(ii) The applicants shall attend investigation officer on Monday and Thursday between 10.00 to 12.00 hours till filing of the charge-sheet.

(iii)The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

(iv)Two consecutive absence of the applicants during the course of trial and/or their non co-operation in disposal of the trial will entail the concerned Court to take out the proceedings for cancellation of bail of the applicants.
