The application is made for intervention in the above said writ petition, since the intervenor is the original complainant and it was heard before passing the order impugned in the petition, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of as such. 2.

The petitioners are directed to implead the intervenor as party defendant in the writ petition. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
