This is an application for condonation of delay. Heard Ms. Sushma Nagaraj a/w. Kinjal Patel, learned counsel for the appellants and Ms. Preeti Shah, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2. 2.

This application is strongly opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2. After hearing both the parties and after perusing the contents of the application, I am of the view that the Corporation has made out case for condoning the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. The registry is directed to register the appeal after the Corporation removes all office objections within a period of four weeks.
