By this Civil Application, the ApplicantInsurance Company is seeking condonation of 56 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 11/09/2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 813/2007 holding that the Respondents/Original Claimants are entitled compensation of Rs. 8,49,000/- with interest @ 7% p.a.

4. Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Application. Hence, the following order is passed:

a. Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned.

b. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

c. No order as to costs.
