Heard Mr. Anesh Sequeira, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Singh, learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 and Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Respondent No. 3.

In the order dated 17th July, 2019 statement of Mr. Saraogi and Sharma for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 respectively that they are ready and willing to hand over the keys of the suit premises to the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Sequeria acknowledging the receipt of the same was recorded. Mr. Sequeria confirms that they have received possession of the suit premises. Respondent No. 3 assures that the suit No. 1233 of 2018 filed in Vishal Parekar 1/2

9-cp-222-2017.doc the Small Causes Court will be withdrawn within two weeks i.e. till 31st July, 2019.

In view thereof, Contempt Petition is disposed of. 4.

List the Contempt Petition for reporting compliance on 6th August, 2019 in the supplementary board so as to ensure that the suit is withdrawn.
