The applicant is admitted to the interim protection in the backdrop of the observations made in the detailed order dated 09/10/2020. The applicant was directed to co-operate with the investigation.

Considering that the discord was between the husband and wife, the matter was also referred for mediation, but the report exhibits failure.

The interim protection is in force since 09/10/2020. It is not the case of the learned APP that the applicant has not rendered his co-operation in the investigation. In such circumstances, order dated 09/10/2020 is made absolute, subject to the additional condition that the applicant shall not threaten the complainant and the witnesses in any manner or put any pressure deterring them from deposing against him. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
