The learned Counsel for the Petitioner upon instructions from the instructing advocate submits that by the present petition, the order dated 18/3/2014 has been challenged, thereby allowing the application below Exh. 38 for amendment of rejoinder subject to payment of cost of Rs. 800/ to the Defendant. By passage of time, Written Statement is also accepted on record. The issues are framed and the affidavit of evidence is filed. In view of this, prayer in the petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Petition is disposed of accordingly. All contentions are kept open.
