P.C. :- This Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying that he may be produced in this Court at the time of final hearing of the Appeal. It appears that presently the Appeal filed by the Appellant is not listed for final hearing. The endorsement of the Registry indicates that the Record and Proceedings has been received. It further appears that the Applicant has undergone approximately 9 years of imprisonment. We, therefore, direct that hearing of the Appeal be expedited.
