Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the for the Respondent are in agreement about the contempt proceedings being withdrawn in light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 17/08/2021 in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl) No.3279/2019, fled by the grand-father of Vishal Doshi, Respondent. The order is placed on record.

On perusal of the said order it is manifest that the parties have settled their discord and the Hon'ble Apex Court has granted its concurrence by recording that in exercise of the jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution, having regard to the fact that the parties have lived separately since 2019 and are desirous of a divorce by mutual consent, there shall be an order and decree for divorce by mutual consent.
