This is an application seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant in the Tribunal. 3.

As the Appeal is preferred only on the point of quantum of compensation, considering the permanent disability and the injury suffered by the Applicant, he is permitted to withdraw 50% of the total amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant in the Tribunal, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
