The State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ petition No.2800 of 2015 today, for the same reasons we are inclined to dispose of this petition in terms of prayer clause (b). So far as the other prayers are concerned, for the same reasons we are not deciding. However, we are keeping all other points open. The rule and petition disposed of. No costs.
