Perused the order passed by this Court on 14th June, 2016. By the said order, this court was pleased to grant ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) on condition that the Applicant/Appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount with the Tribunal. 3.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has complied with that order. The original claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr. Ketan Joshi learned counsel for the Appellant, it is necessary to confirm the ad-interim relief 1/2

(i) Civil Application is hereby allowed.
