Counsel for the respondents on instructions informs that the auction notice which was issued is already withdrawn by an appropriate orders. Copy of the public notice issued to that effect tendered by the counsel for the respondent/contemnor i.e. Indian Bank is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

The communication to that effect tendered by the Deputy Zonal Manager to Branch Manager on 29th April, 2022 is also taken on record and marked "Y" for identification. 3.

It is claimed that the contempt is already purged. It is further assured that until proceedings in the impugned orders are decided qua the operation of interim protection in favour of the petitioner, no action contrary to the interim relief shall be initiated is taken on record.

In view of above, the contempt petition stands disposed of.

Needless to clarify that this will not preclude the respondent No.1 bank from approaching the Tribunal for vacation of interim relief in accordance with law.
