Heard Mr.Vishal Ghosalkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents. 2.

The matter was called in the morning session when none appeared and, therefore, it was kept back. Even in the afternoon session, none appeared for the respondent. Mr.Ghosalkar has tendered photocopy of the order dated 11.7.2016 passed by the learned Judge, Cooperative Court No.2, Mumbai below Exhibit-19 in Dispute No. 101 of 2011. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the order dated 11.7.2016 passed by the learned Judge of the Co-operative Court, Mumbai, Mr. Ghosalkar seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
