For the reasons to be recorded, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.972 of 2018is allowed and disposed off;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with MCOC Special Case No.1 of 2016 pending in Special Judge, Thane, arising out of CR No.380 of 2015 registered with Tulinj Police Station, on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall attend Special Court proceedings regularly on the date of hearing of the case, unless exempted by the Special Court;

(iv) The applicant shall not enter within the area of Palghar District till conclusion of trial;

2 of 2 902.BA.972.2018.doc (v) The applicant shall furnish details of his place of residence and mobile number to investigating officer after he is released on bail and shall attend nearest police station where he would reside, once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm till conclusion of trial;

(vi) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence. In the event it is found that applicant commits breach of any condition, the prosecution or the aggrieved person will be at liberty to file application for cancellation of bail.
