None for the Petitioners. This Writ Petition challenges the order passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal below Exh.21 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 1526 of 2011 (for short "MACP"). Exh. 21 was an application made by Opponent No.2. (Respondent No.2 herein) with a request that the owner and Insurance Company of the vehicle Mahindra Maximo be added as a party to the above Motor Accident Claim Petition.

After hearing the parties, this application came to be allowed vide the impugned order hence this Writ Petition. Pg 1 of 2

26.wp.5760.2014.doc Though none appears on behalf of the Petitioners, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 has brought to my attention that the main matter, namely, MACP No. 1526 of 2011 has itself been finally disposed of by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik vide its order dated 13th April, 2018. Pursuant to this order, an award of the M.A.C.T. Nashik has also been passed on 8th June, 2018. The said order dated 13th April, 2018 and the award dated 8th June, 2018 are taken on recored and marked X-1 and X-II respectively for identification.

Considering that the main matter itself has been disposed of, nothing will survive in this Writ Petition. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
