After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned Counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. However, he submitted that the trial be expedited because he is arrested on 7.12.2020 and there is no progress in the trial.

Since the applicant is not pressing this application on merits after arguments, the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally on merits. The applicant is at
