We are of the view that purpose of this petition shall suffice, if a direction is issued to the Corporation to decide the representation appropriately.

Accordingly, the Corporation is directed to decide the representation dated 23rd January, 2023 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest, in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. While deciding the representation, the Corporation shall give consideration to the Structural Audit Reports filed by the petitioner and also the previous Audit Reports, if any.

The petition is partly allowed and rule is made absolute in the above terms.
