This petition arises out of Case bearing no. CC-II/115/2022 which was pending before the Co-operative Court. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that on 25th April 2024, the said case has been withdrawn. He has placed on record the printout of the daily case status. Same is taken on record. 3.

In view of the withdrawal of the original case, this petition has rendered infructuous.
