Heard Mr. Sarogi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Kantharia, learned APP for the State. This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint dated 22nd April, 2015. 2.

Mrs. Kantharia, learned APP on instructions from the concerned Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, NC is registered. Uday S. Jagtap

Mr. Sarogi, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received threatening call of one Babloo Shrivastava. Learned APP, however, submits that the said Babloo Shrivastava is in Bareli Jail and the mobile from which the petitioner had received phone call is no more exists. We do not feel any need to issue any directions to the respondent. 4.

The petitioner, however, is at liberty to file private complaint and redress his grievance. Subject to above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
