This is an application for condonation of delay which according to the applicant is of 23 days, whereas, according to office note, it is of 94 days.

Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that, as according to learned counsel for the applicant, the appeal is only on the point of quantum of compensation, he has no objection to condone the delay.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in paragraph 4 of the application, the sufficient cause is being made out, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
