This application is moved for interim relief. The main application for anticipatory bail is pending before the Sessions Court. It is informed by the learned Prosecutor that the matter is fixed on 29.4.2015. The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the wedding of the sister of the applicant/accused is scheduled on 30th April, 2015. 2.

As the matter is fixed on 29.4.2015 before the Sessions Court, the applicant/accused may press the application for interim relief before the Sessions Court. The learned Sessions Judge to decide the application finally on 29.4.2015.
