Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that Respondent No.4 was attempted to be served at the address given in Trial Court. But the Bailiff Report shows that he was not found and he had gone out for job purpose. The Applicant has stated on oath that he has not aware of any other address. Service be effected by paper publication in a Marathi Newspaper of wide circulation and also by pasting at the outer door of the house of the Respondent No.4.
