This is an application for modification of the bail order dated 21/12/2020 passed by this court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No. 3355 of 2019. In the operative part, the applicant was directed to report to the concerned police station once in a month on every first Saturday of the month between 11.00a.m. to 1.00p.m. till further order. 23-ia-1437-21.odt seeking modification of this condition. However, in the entire memo of this application, absolutely no ground is mentioned as to why this condition needed to be modified. Therefore, the applicant is given liberty to file a fresh application giving reasons for this prayer. However, considering the prevailing situation in Maharashtra, I am exempting the applicant from attending the concerned police station for the month of June, 2021. 2.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

1.

The applicant is exempted from attending the concerned police station on first Saturday of June, 2021. However, from July, 2021 onward he will have to follow the directions given by the order dated 21/12/2020.

2.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for similar relief by giving better details. 3.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
