Learned counsel Mr. S.S. Pakale i/b Mr. S.M. Katkar appearing for the applicants stated on instructions that Writ Petition No. 557 of 2014 filed at and pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court is involving the same issue, which is being adjudicated by the Principal Bench and the petition pending at Aurangabad is required to be transferred for hearing and disposal to the Principal Seat at Mumbai. No one is present for the respondents. 2.

The application is allowed and as requested by learned counsel for the applicants, Writ Petition No. 557 of 2014 pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court is ordered to be ABS
