DATE : 27th JULY, 2023 P.C:- This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal impugning the judgment and award dated 20th August, 2022 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Claim Petition No. 1075 of 2020. Mr. Wadhwani, learned counsel draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 7 and 8 of the said application in support of his contention to condone the delay.

Learned counsel would submit that the delay is inadvertent and

Mr.Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondents raises only a formal objection.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application, let the delay of 53 days be condoned. Let the appeal be registered.
