Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In pursuance of the order dated 31 January 2017 made by this Court, the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.6 lakhs. The suit as originally instituted was for an amount of Rs.4,96,059/- (Principal amount). The decree is an ex-parte decree. In these circumstances, further execution of the decree is stayed, pending the hearing and the final disposal of the appeal. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
