Heard Mr. Mandar Limaye, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.

A.A.Nasikwala, learned counsel for the respondents.

By this Application, the applicant has prayed for depositing arrears of Rs.

One lac as on 30.6.2016 in this Court. It is common ground between learned counsel appearing for the parties that as per the order dated 25.8.2015 passed by this Court (Coram: Mr. M.S.Sonak, J.) in Civil Application No.139 of 2012, the

2 / 3 CAC/ 276 /2016 applicant as on today is in arrears of Rs.

One lac. Mr. Limaye assures that within one week from today he will deposit amount of Rs. One lac in this Court under intimation in writing to the respondents.

He further assures that the applicant will go on depositing the amount as per order dated 25.8.2015.

In view thereof, time stipulated in the order dated 25.8.2015 is extended for a period one week from today. The applicant will go on depositing the amount as per the order dated 25.8.2015.

The applicant will pay contractual rent with permitted increases within four weeks from today and will clear arrears, if not already paid.

Mr. Limaye submits that the applicant is a senior citizen aged about 75 years and first respondent is 84 years old and respondent no.2 is 77 years old.

In view thereof, office is directed to add this Civil Revision Application under caption of 'senior citizens"

3 / 3 CAC/ 276 /2016 chronologically. Civil Application is allowed accordingly with no order as to costs.
