11.cac.188.17 For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant states that all the Respondents have been served with the copy of the Civil Revision Application. The learned counsel for the Respondents does not dispute this fact. List the Civil Revision Application "for admission" on 20th June, 2017.
