Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the second to fifth Respondents. The learned AGP represents the first Respondent.

As of today the application made by the Petitioner through his Advocate, a copy of which is annexed at Exh. G, is not yet decided. The said application will have to be decided in accordance with law. As far as the complaint at Exh. H is concerned, there is a grievance made in this petition that said complaint is not been disposed of.

We dispose of the petition by passing following order:

i) We direct the appropriate authority of Sneha Chavan 1/2

19 wp 9500-16=.doc the second respondent to decide the application made by the Petitioner through his Advocate, a copy of which is annexed at Exh. G to the petition, as expeditiously as possible, but in any event, within a period of two months from today. The order passed in the application be communicated to the Petitioner.

ii) As far as prayer clauses (b) to (d) are concerned, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to file a separate petition after a representation made by the Petitioner is decided.

iii) All contentions of the parties on that behalf are kept open.
