By this application, the Applicant wife seeks condonation of 114 days delay in filing Family Court Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 11th September, 2017 passed by Family Court, Kolhapur in Petition No. F-148 of 2016 The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the present Civil Application.
