This matter is moved by way of praecipie dated 5th April, 2019 for withdrawal of the Petition on the ground that the parties have amicably settled dispute between them out of the Court. Pracipie dated 5th April, 2019 is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

Mr. Kadam states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of his "PAN Card, which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition as dispute between the parties is amicably settled out of the Court.

On the motion made by Mr. Kadam, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and as such is disposed of. Order accordingly. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
