After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.264 of 2016 originally registered with the Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai and having renumbered C.R.No.64/2016 (now culminated into Sessions Case No131/2017) does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
