The application is moved for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.120,000/- deposited by the original opponents before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Niphad. The learned Counsel for the respondents opposes the application on the ground that the respondents have good case on merits on the point of multiplier. 2.

In view of the above, the applicant/accused is allowed to withdraw 50% amount i.e., Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only) on a usual undertaking subject to the outcome of the Appeal, to be furnished within a week from today.
