IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.97 OF 2014 Bharti H. Tare ..... Applicant
VERSUS
Himanshu Suresh Tare ..... Respondent Mr.J.M.Puranik for the Applicant.
Ms.Seema Sarnaik for the Respondent.
CORAM :
R.D. DHANUKA, J.
DATE :
24th AUGUST, 2016 P.C.
There is no dispute that the learned Judge Family Court No.5, Pune before whom the Marriage Petition No.A-451/2011 was pending is transferred to some other court and another judge has been placed in position of the earlier Judge in Family Court No.5, Pune. Statement is accepted. Without going into the allegations made by the applicant against the learned Judge, in my view the transfer application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
2.
Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Judge Family Court No.5, Pune on the next date already fixed by the learned judge without fail. 3.
The learned judge shall make an endevour to dispose of the proceedings within one year from the date of the hearing. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
