Mr.A.R.Metkari, AGP for Respondent Nos.1,3 and 4. Mr. R.S.Apte, Sr. Advocate with S.C.Wakankar for Respondent No.19. CORAM : C.V. BHADANG, J.
DATED : 19TH DECEMBER, 2019 PC:
1.
Heard for some time. Learned counsel for the applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to challenge the action of the Corporation in the event TDR is granted. In such circumstances, civil application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the availability of any such remedy or the merits thereof. Needless to mention that, if such remedy is available to the applicants in law, nothing prevents the applicants from taking recourse to the same.
