The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 4 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 13 and 14 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits to the orders of the Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 4 days in filing the Civil Revision Application stands condoned. List the Civil Revision Application for admission after the ensuing Christmas Vacation on 4th January 2016. Till then the direction contained in clause (3) of the order dated 23rd November 2015 passed in the above Civil Application would continue to operate.
