Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application either for expeditious hearing of Writ Petition No.1098/2006 or for issuing of direction to Respondent No.2-Special Land Acquisition Officer to deposit certain amount on account of assuming possession of the property belonging to the petitioner. With liberty as aforesaid, Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
