We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has completed final year and the internship also, the caste validation proceedings is pending since longtime. The same has not yet been decided.

The learned counsel submits that the vigilance has been conducted.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 8 July 2022 and file his say to the Vigilance report. The Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceeding within two months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner.

Depending upon the decision, the further steps shall be taken by the parties.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
