This appeal was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 25th January, 2017 whereby the appellant was directed to supply spare copies to the Registry to effect service on the respondents. That since copies were not supplied, the Appeal was dismissed by

For the reasons stated in the application for non-compliance of the order, the Criminal Application is allowed. The Appeal stands restored to file. 3.

The appellant is directed to supply the spare copies and remove all objections within a week from today. The Registry shall issued notice thereafter. The notice is made on 19th December, 2017. The Appeal to come up on board on 19th December, 2017.
