P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the Trial arising out of CR No. I-283 of 2015 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, District Mumbai, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 240 of 2015 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, District Thane does not conclude within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
