As stated in the application, on the date of dismissal the name of learned counsel for the applicant was not properly mentioned on the cause-list and, hence, he could not attend the matter. 2.

No one is present to oppose the application though copies of the application are stated to have been served and affidavit in that regard is proposed to be filed.
