The above Civil Application been filed for condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application, especially in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application.

The learned Counsel Shri Ambedkar appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits to the orders of the Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned, the Civil Application is allowed, resultantly, the delay of 48 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Civil Application is disposed of.

Until further orders of this Court, the Appellant/Applicant would not endeavour to enter the premises occupied by the Respondent. This is on the basis that she has left the matrimonial premises prior to the decree in question being granted.
