This Civil Application seeks impleadment of legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos. 4 and 14. The proposed Respondents are duly served. They are absent despite service. There is no reply. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
